In addition, any data/programs that I encounter on your computer is always your property and will never be divulged to any third party. NOTE: I am not responsible for any passwords that you may need in order for your computer to function. If your system has to be re-created from a disk crash/wipe, you must keep a record of all your passwords. I am also not responsible for any DRM keys that may be lost. Also, as from WMP 11, the saving/restoring of keys has been removed.

Polyhedral Solutions will save information on forms filled in as a 'cookie' when you fill in the online response. This allows your message to be sent to me - please do the captcha in order to show that you are not a robot/hacker.

Controlling your personal information

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law to do so. All software added to your computer has been scanned with most modern antivirus checkers.

If any hardware is damaged by Polyhedral-Solutions, it will be replaced with the same specification, and at the current selling price.

Polyhedral-Solutions is not responsible for data loss, un-recoverable data, password loss, or Internet browser cache files, but if I knowingly accidentally delete/wipe your data, then a goodwill payment of £50 will be made.
